Not essential, but if you want to maximise your results, our team will guide you through what's worth using and why.

Points are scored across three elements: achieving your goal, muscle gain, and fat loss. Most points wins.

Onboarding Day
Meet the team, get your first Tanita body scan, and get across the training, nutrition, and supplement info.
8 Weeks of Support
Train in classes, follow your app program, check in each week. The M2 team is in your corner the whole way.
Final Scan & Prize Giving
Final body scan, prize-giving, and you walk away in better shape than you started. Simple.
