A two-time Auckland Powerlifting Champion (2023 & 2024) and bodybuilding athlete, Madeliene's own journey started with a 30kg weight loss. Since stepping into coaching, she's helped clients achieve goals they once thought were out of reach — from a 55-year-old client squatting 160kg, to guiding a 40kg weight-loss transformation, to helping women hit their first unassisted pull-ups.
