Physio and strength, together
Prana Physiotherapy was founded by Shouvik Nandy, a physiotherapist and personal trainer trained here in New Zealand. His focus is bridging physiotherapy and exercise science, so treatment doesn't stop at the treatment table.
Shouvik works with long-running muscle and joint problems, shoulder injuries, low back pain, knee osteoarthritis, pre and post-surgery rehab and sports injuries.
Every plan is built around you as a whole person, not just the sore spot. The aim is less "don't do that" and more getting you back to doing the things you want to do.
From the treatment room to the gym floor
Your physio is in the same building you train in. Rehab exercises can happen on real equipment straight after treatment, and your trainer can work alongside the plan.
M2 members also have the pool, spa, sauna and ice bath on Perform and Recovery memberships to help between sessions.
